Restrict User Controls
By default, almost all menu controls are available to the audience in reading view. This allows the viewer to adjust the chart to their liking.
If you want to prevent this for various reasons, you can restrict what the user is allowed to use. Open the Allowed User Controls dialog here:
You can precisely select which controls the user is allowed to see.
